Sometimes the most difficult ages for parents to deal with are 13-19. Because of biological, emotional, and social changes that are taking place, there can be a need for additional support. This population is probably my favorite age with whom I work. A large portion of my teaching career was devoted to the middle and high-school grades. And in both cases during my psychological internships, teens were the primary source of clientele.
